It's awful out there.  There's real pain, there's prostitution, homelessness, there are children in danger and no-one will rescue them.  What can you do in the face of it all?  It's true;  Pretty much nothing.

But, after it all drains away, there's still a voice inside that's telling us all the same thing: Do something.
